Adidas continues their run back to the top with latest release in the Predator series. Following the triple white version from the 'Pearlized Pack', Adidas returns to what makes them so iconic with their 'Black Pack' variant of the Predator 24. This latest edition features the iconic foldover tongue. Here’s what you need to know to buy.
When do the Blackout Predators release?
March 1st 2024, at an RRP of £240.
Lightest Predator Ever
The Predator 24 holds the title of being the lightest Predator ever made. This is achieved through the use of elevated materials in the upper and the introduction of the Control Frame 2.0. This new lightweight, full-length outsole evolves from its predecessor, offering enhanced stability and reducing heel slip, a crucial factor for high-performance athletes.
How “Blackout” are they?
The 'Black Pack' Predator 24 embraces a complete blackout design. The only splash of colour appears in the branding and heel cup, which display an iridescent oily shimmer. Another special touch is the soleplate, boasting a metallic-chrome finish.
Can I wear Adidas Predators with Jeans?
The Adidas Predator Elite Foldover Tongue model are only releasing as firm ground boots, so we wouldn’t recommend wearing these anywhere but a football pitch, as tempting as it may be…
No other type of ground suitability release has been announced yet.
HybridTouch 2.0 Upper: Comfort and Control
The boot's upper is crafted from HybridTouch 2.0, a synthetic material with a suede-like feel. This innovation mimics the adaptability of leather, ensuring a moulded fit with cushioning in key areas. The result is a boot that offers comfort without sacrificing the soft touch and control needed for precise ball handling.
Strikeskin Technology: Precision in Every Strike
A defining feature of the Predator series is the inclusion of strategically placed rubber fins, known as Strikeskin Technology. Positioned in the strike zones, these fins are designed to enhance ball grip, enabling players to execute precision shots with ease.
