Nike is working on a limited edition Liverpool version of the iconic Air Max 95, set to release in the summer of next year. This exclusive LFC drop, reported by culture news provider Complex, promises to be a must-have addition to peoples 110 collection.

The new Liverpool FC Air Max 95 will be exclusive to the UK, celebrating the strong connection between the city of Liverpool and the beloved trainers. Known locally as "110's" due to their original price tag, Air Max 95s are a staple in the footwear wardrobes of many Scousers. This connection has been referenced by Nike before, such as in 2015 when JD Sports released a red-accented Air Max 95 colour way as a nod to Liverpool FC, alongside a blue pair for Everton FC.

Nike is planning significant updates for the Air Max 95, including a refreshed design that incorporates the enlarged "big bubble" cushioning reminiscent of the original model. This enhancement aims to blend nostalgic design elements with modern comfort and performance.

The Air Max 95, designed by Sergio Lozano, has been a staple in sneaker culture since its debut in 1995. Its design, inspired by the human anatomy, has seen countless iterations and collaborations over the years, each adding a unique twist to the classic silhouette. The upcoming Liverpool FC edition will undoubtedly add another chapter to the Air Max legacy, blending the rich history of the sneaker with the passionate spirit of Liverpool FC.

While there is no firm release date yet, the anticipation for the Liverpool FC Air Max 95 is already building. Set to be part of Nike’s Summer 2025 range, this release promises to be a highlight for both sneaker enthusiasts and football fans. Keep an eye out for more details as we approach the Summer of 2025.
